Cocoa Beach Offshore Boat Races May 2025

During May Cocoa Beach hosts the Offshore Boat Races. The entire weekend is full of events: A Kick-off Party on Thursday night in downtown Cocoa Beach, a block party in downtown Cocoa Beach during the day on Friday, and Races Saturday/Sunday. Cocoa Beach was littered with Power Boats! Most hotels had them in their parking lots. Friday was a huge Block Party in downtown Cocoa Beach. Boats lined the streets of downtown Cocoa Beach.

During the Block Party the streets were full of vendors selling Beer, art, food, T-shirts, and more. The VFW (Cheap Drinks) was open to all. Every Bar and food establishment was packed. During the Block party, the boat teams and other groups had displays, handed out information and articles.

Races are on Saturday and Sunday. Saturday is Personal Watercraft and Power Boat Racing. Sunday is the main event. The offshore large boats race. The beachs were lined with fans.
